Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit high-performing real estate agents through a variety of channels, including networking events, cold calling, and social media outreach.Candidate Evaluation: Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with the Meridian Realty culture and values.Presenting the Meridian Realty Model: Clearly articulate and present Meridian Realty’s unique value proposition to potential recruits, highlighting our innovative approach, agent-first focus, and the tools and support systems that empower agents to succeed. Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and goals of each candidate.Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Team Leader to design and execute recruitment campaigns and strategies tailored to specific regions and market conditions.Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to build a robust talent pipeline.Agent Support: Act as a liaison between the company and existing agents in Gauteng, scheduling visits to foster relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional support.Onboarding Assistance: Work with the administrative team to facilitate smooth onboarding for new agents, ensuring they understand and embrace the Meridian Realty model.Performance Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress to the Team Leader, ensuring alignment with monthly and quarterly targets. Qualifications & Experience:NQF4 Real Estate qualification (preferable).Previous experience as a real estate agent or recruiter (required).Strong understanding of the South African real estate industry and trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting targets.Must be comfortable working from home while remaining disciplined and maintaining productivity.Ability and willingness to commute to meet with agents and maintain relationships in person, when required.Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
