Group CFO

• Driving group-wide financial strategy, budgeting, and capital planning
• Leading investor relations, fundraising (debt/equity), and capital structuring
• Overseeing consolidated reporting, treasury, and tax compliance across jurisdictions
• Championing digital transformation in finance - from ERP to analytics platforms
• Embedding robust governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
• Mentoring and developing finance teams across four countries

What we're looking for:

• CA(SA) or equivalent with 8+ years post-articles, including senior leadership roles
• Proven CFO experience with Board-level influence and strategic oversight
• Track record in asset-heavy, infrastructure, or multi-entity operations
• Expertise in cross-border, multi-currency environments and fund finance
• Hands-on experience with digital finance systems (NAV/Business Central, Power BI)
• Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and high attention to detail
