The Property & Estate Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational management, maintenance, and development of four to six private properties within Mooikloof Equestrian Estate, including three established residential properties and one new development comprising a residence, indoor arena and stables. The role acts as the owners on-site representative, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, projects are delivered correctly, staff are effectively managed, and preventative maintenance is consistently executed.
