Key Responsibilities:Supervise workshop and wash bay teamsManage job cards, work orders, and recordsOversee repairs on tautliner and tipper trailersEnsure high-quality workmanship and adherence to deadlinesEnforce health & safety standardsManage scheduling, task allocation, and team performanceMaintain workshop equipment and ensure operational readinessHandle staff training, onboarding, and performance oversightRequirements:Qualified Mechanic (or similar)Minimum 2+ years workshop experience in transport/logisticsProven experience working on tautliner and/or tipper trailersStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsComputer literate with job card systemsAble to work overtime and weekends when requiredMedically fit
