This role is responsible for leading client relationships, taking detailed shopper marketing briefs, developing innovative strategies, and delivering impactful in-store and omnichannel shopper experiences. The ideal candidate will bring agency-side experience at a senior level and demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, client management, and presentation skills. Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Postgraduate qualification advantageous).Experience:8+ years in shopper marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.Strong agency background at Director or Senior Account Director level, handling FMCG/retail clients.Proven track record in developing and executing shopper marketing strategies.Technical Skills:Deep understanding of FMCG, retail channels, and shopper insights.Strong presentation and communication skills.Ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategies.
