GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER FRANSCHOEK - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South AfricaSTARTING DATE: A.S.A.P / December 2025REPORTS to: Operations Manger / MDTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:Tuesday to Sunday (days off rotate)08:30 - 18:00 including breakCLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays15x Working days off per annual leave cycleSALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:R15,000 - R18,000 per month (based on desired experience and skills)Incentives (at managements discretion)Medical Aid contributionMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National CertificateGuest Relations / Front of House / Receptionist experience within a Hotel Spa or Cruise Ship Spa or similar land-based Day SpaConfident in liaising with local and international guests and the ability to build professional rapportAble to work under pressure in a guest-centric, demanding environmentESP Booking software or similar Spa Bookings software experience + Computer confident and able to do Daily Reports, Guest Communication (e-mail /whatsapp)Very well spoken, with clear and confident English (read, write and speak)Reliable transport to Franschhoek or be based directly in the areaA qualification in Wellness, Spa or similar is highly advantageousFamiliar with trends in Wellness, and understand treatment terminologyBeautifully groomed and highly presentable - you are the face of the business and therefor have to look the part.SKILLS:Digital communication with guestsGuest preparation for servicesAttend to queriesOperate incoming calls, e-mails or walk-insConcierge services (recommendations for accommodations & activities)Guest check-in & check-outMarketing
