Guest Relations Officer

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER 

FRANSCHOEK - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South Africa

STARTING DATE: A.S.A.P / December 2025

REPORTS to: Operations Manger / MD

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Tuesday to Sunday (days off rotate)
• 08:30 - 18:00 including break
• CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays
• 15x Working days off per annual leave cycle

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R15,000 - R18,000 per month (based on desired experience and skills)
• Incentives (at management's discretion)
• Medical Aid contribution

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
2. Guest Relations / Front of House / Receptionist experience within a Hotel Spa or Cruise Ship Spa or similar land-based Day Spa
3. Confident in liaising with local and international guests and the ability to build professional rapport
4. Able to work under pressure in a guest-centric, demanding environment
5. ESP Booking software or similar Spa Bookings software experience + Computer confident and able to do Daily Reports, Guest Communication (e-mail /whatsapp)
6. Very well spoken, with clear and confident English (read, write and speak)
7. Reliable transport to Franschhoek or be based directly in the area
8. A qualification in Wellness, Spa or similar is highly advantageous
9. Familiar with trends in Wellness, and understand treatment terminology
10. Beautifully groomed and highly presentable - you are the face of the business and therefor have to look the part.
