Key Responsibilities

  • Build and improve system features from idea to final delivery across front end and back end parts of the platform.
  • Create strong services and data layers that support real time usage and large scale operations.
  • Guide team members through good engineering practice, problem solving, and quality delivery.
  • Craft clean interfaces and support efficient data flows that serve both product and analytics needs.
  • Work with cloud systems to deploy, improve, monitor, and maintain services with confidence.
  • Apply secure coding and ensure that every solution meets high standards of safety and reliability.

Job Experience and Skills Required

  • A relevant degree in computer science, information technology or a closely related field.
  • At least five years in modern software development with a strong command of both service side and interface technologies.
  • Solid experience working with C# and similar languages in production systems.
  • Strong exposure to cloud environments such as AWS or an equivalent platform.
  • Experience supporting or guiding team members or taking charge of small groups.
  • Background working with large data sets or systems that rely on strong data structure design.
  • Strong ability in SQL and data modelling.
  • Confident with TypeScript and at least one major front end framework.
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and make clear decisions when solving complex issues.
  • Passion for learning new tools, exploring new ideas, and pushing for smarter solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to motivate others.
