Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
- 5+ years professional graphic design experience.
- Proven experience building and maintaining a single brand consistently across multiple channels.
- Experience working within regulated industries (financial services or insurance advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong experience in digital-first design (social media, web, landing pages, email marketing).
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UX/UI tools (advantageous).
- Basic understanding of web design principles, responsive layouts, and user experience best practices.
- Excellent typography, layout, and colour theory skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
