Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second-line support for in-house applications and infrastructure.Manage and troubleshoot issues within Microsoft Azure environments.Perform routine server support and maintenance tasks.Log, manage, and resolve tickets using a ticket management system.Deliver professional client-facing support via Microsoft Teams or telephone.Communicate technical solutions clearly and patiently to non-technical users.Prioritize and resolve incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.Document support procedures and contribute to knowledge base articles.Required Skills & Experience 0-2 years experience in an IT support role.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts).Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, VPNs, Firewalls).Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues effectively.Basic PowerShell scripting for automation or troubleshooting.Experience supporting Windows Server environments.Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., Jira).Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Experience working in small, agile IT teams.Exposure to monitoring or remote support tools.This is an office-based position.Whats in it for you?This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise and client service skills will make a direct impact.
