- Test system changes and updates before deployment, including regression testing.
- Document bugs, fixes, and system behaviour clearly.
- Work with stakeholders to understand and resolve system issues.
- Ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Assist with creating spec sheets and technical documentation for new features.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, triaging bugs, tasks, and feature requests while keeping stakeholders informed on progress and status.
