Software Engineer

About the Role:
Youll join a multi-disciplinary team that works across the full software lifecycle from architecture and back-end logic to frontâ??end experience and cloud deployment. This position is handsâ??on, suited to someone who wants to grow quickly, contribute meaningfully, and develop real-world engineering depth. The environment offers exposure to databases, APIs, infrastructure, cloud services, and modern development frameworks. Youll collaborate with specialists across analytics, advisory, and technology domains to deliver impactful solutions that support data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build full stack web applications using modern frameworks
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces with React/Next.js and TypeScript
• Create and maintain back-end services and APIs using Python or Node.js
• Design database structures, write efficient queries, and implement secure data flows
• Containerise systems using Docker and assist with CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Monitor applications, diagnose issues, and improve system resilience

What You Need to Succeed:

• ð??? BSc in Computer Science (or a related field)
• Solid grounding in algorithms, data structures, and software engineering fundamentals
• Programming experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
• Understanding of front-end (React/Next.js), back-end frameworks (ð??? Django & FastAPI), and API design
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL
• ⭐ Strong capability with databases
• Experience with Git, Linux, and basic DevOps tooling
