You will work closely with technical specialists, project teams, and clients to resolve system issues, improve support tools, and contribute to system enhancements. Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support by logging, investigating, and resolving user queries and system incidents.
• Analyse system issues to identify root causes and implement both immediate fixes and longâ??term solutions.
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of system enhancements aligned to business and technical requirements.
• Provide system expertise and technical input into crossâ??functional projects.
• Maintain system data integrity and perform scheduled system maintenance tasks.
• Document technical processes, troubleshooting procedures, and system functionality.
• Continuously review and recommend improvements to support processes and system performance.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and suppliers across technical and nonâ??technical audiences.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

• A minimum 3â??year tertiary qualification in Commerce, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of Application Support experience supporting production systems.
• Experience working with IT Service Management ticketing systems (JIRA Service Management preferred).
• Strong experience supporting customerâ??facing systems in a technical environment.
