ServiceNow Software Engineer

Youll work across ITSM, ITOM, integrations, system configurations, and performance optimisation ensuring the platform delivers a worldâ??class service experience at every touchpoint. From incident resolution to building smart workflows, youll have a direct impact on operational efficiency and digital transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support ServiceNow applications across multiple environments
• Configure and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Change, Release,
• Problem, Selfâ??Service Portal, and Virtual Agent Lite
• Manage Knowledge Base content structures, groups, categories, hierarchies, and metadata relationships
• Build, populate, and maintain CMDB structures, relationships, CI data, and ITOM visibility
• Implement integrations such as LDAP, SSO, Email, and SuccessFactors
• Apply OOP principles and backend development practices to create scalable, maintainable solutions
  
  

Your Expertise

• 2+ years of handsâ??on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM Discovery
• Strong foundation in Computer Science or Software Development
• Proven experience supporting and configuring the SNOW platform in enterprise environments
• Solid OOP skills and backend programming experience
• Ability to perform system integrations and work confidently across APIs and platform components
• Familiarity with ITSM best practices (advantageous)
• ServiceNow certifications will be a strong bonus

Nice-to-Have Extras

• Exposure to NowMobile and Walkâ??up Experience
• Experience working with Asset Management within SNOW
• Understanding of Cloud Insights and broader ITOM capabilities
• Interest in automation, performance tuning, and workflow optimisation
