Senior Technical Consultant (Agiloft Enterprise CLM) -POS26202

The Senior Technical Consultant leads the end-to-end delivery of workflow-driven solutions and integrations, focusing specifically on Agiloft Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role blends technical configuration and problem-solving with customer-facing consulting. You will own the entire solution lifecyclefrom design and build to testing and hyper carewhile mentoring other consultants and setting delivery standards.

Minimum Requirements (Must-Have)

• BSc degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering workflow/BPM automation and platform-based solutions in enterprise environments.
• Coding/scripting experience for logical design and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with APIs (REST), authentication, and data structures.
• Demonstrable experience with low-code/no-code configuration.
• Consulting: Proven track record in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Agiloft CLM Competencies
• Expertise in designing tables, relationships, and scalable data model patterns.
• Ability to implement complex end-to-end CLM workflows, including intake, negotiation, approvals, and renewals.
• Configuring conditional approval routing and enforceable workflow controls.
• Reporting: Building executive dashboards for KPIs like cycle times and renewal pipelines.
• Exposure to SQL, Python, or web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Advantageous (Nice-to-Have)
• ITIL certification or KCS familiarity. Advantageous (Nice-to-Have)

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Discovery: Lead customer discovery workshops with stakeholders ranging from operational teams to C-level executives.
• Technical Architecture: Own the Agiloft CLM architecture, including data models, workflows, automation rules, security permissions, and reporting.
• Build & Integration: Rapidly build prototypes and manage iterative feedback cycles. Lead integrations using both no-code connectors and API-based approaches.
• Testing & Go-Live: Define testing strategies (unit, system, integration), guide UAT, manage release planning, and provide hypercare support.
• Operational Excellence: Create reusable assets (templates, patterns, runbooks) and mentor team members through peer reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
