What you will be doing:Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad of engineers, developers, analysts, and data scientists.Drive Agile delivery practices to ensure timely, high-quality deployment of AI solutions.Own the technical roadmap for AI production, including MLOps, LLMOps, and scalable cloud infrastructure.Oversee architectural decisions related to model deployment, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.Translate AI and data science prototypes into production-ready applications.Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes for AI systems in production.Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, observability, and operational resilience for ML and LLM solutions.Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system integration and scalability.Influence the velocity, reliability, and quality of AI delivery across the organisation.Represent the AI Enablement capability in strategic forums and contribute to organisation-wide innovation.What we are looking for:Masterâ??s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. (*Transcript Required)12+ yearsâ?? experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI production environments.Minimum 4 yearsâ?? experience in Machine LearningProven delivery of at least 3 large AI projects into productionStrong hands-on AI Operations and MLOps experienceCloud platform experience (GCP preferred, other platforms considered)Strong leadership and stakeholder interfacing capabilityProven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions.Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-native development.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.Strong system design, architectural, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.Ownership mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.Advantageous experience:Postgraduate qualification in AI, Data Science, or Systems Engineering.Exposure to platforms and tools such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Composer, and Kubeflow. Please note that if you do not hear from us within 3 weeks, consider your application unsuccessful.Follow for the Latest Vacancies
