Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with exceptional closing abilities and strong relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, demonstrate a relentless drive for securing new business, and possess the expertise to both grow and safeguard key accounts. As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you will fulfil a dual role as both Channel Manager and Key Account Manager, driving growth through our Reseller Partner network and, where appropriate, directly with end customers.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, effective networking, and channel development.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to drive joint pipeline growth.
  • Protect and grow revenue in existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of email security, cybersecurity trends, and SaaS best practices.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3 -5+ years work experience as a Sales Development Manager.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales (cybersecurity experience is highly advantageous).
  • Experience managing VARs, MSPs, distributors, or OEM partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when needed.
