Senior Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide developers across projects and technical tasks
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
• Build scalable, reliable frontâ??end and backâ??end applications
• Develop and integrate APIs and system components
• Optimise performance, ensure security, and handle edgeâ??cases
• Deploy and maintain applications across multiple environments
• Promote clean code and engineering best practices
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years software development experience
• Strong experience in:
  Frontâ??End: Razor, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, UI libraries (e.g., Syncfusion, Telerik), Tailwind
  Backâ??End: ASP.NET Core, C#, LINQ, APIs, ORMs, SOLID principles
  Architecture: Clean Architecture, Microservices, CQRS, Eventâ??driven, Modular/Monolithic patterns
  Other: Docker, IIS, CI/CD pipelines, Git, SQL
• Experience in architectural decisionâ??making
• Ability to mentor team members
