Description
Our client is a leading provider of customer communication management and document automation technologies. As a Professional Services Implementation Developer, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimising dataâ??driven document composition workflows for highâ??profile clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across data transformation, scripting, workflow logic, testing, and production deployment. You will collaborate with crossâ??functional teams, support new customer implementations, and contribute to standardising and improving platform outputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and transform customer data across varied formats including XML, Excel, ANSI/ASCII, and Postscript.
  • Build and maintain document templates and workflows for print, mail, and digital output using enterprise composition platforms.
  • Develop scripts and programs for data validation, automation, and process efficiency (Python, C#, and PowerShell).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing, workflow logic, and endâ??toâ??end document automation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and developers to deliver customer onboarding and workflow enhancement projects.
  • Support testing, deployment, and production acceptance, and maintain clear technical documentation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 23+ years in data processing, scripting, or software development.
  • Experience working with Python and/or C# / PowerShell.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Skills & Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Quadient Inspire or OpenText Exstream (advantageous).
  • Variable data programming and printâ??andâ??mail exposure.
  • SQL Server experience, including stored procedures and database familiarity.
  • Knowledge of Unix shell or Windows PowerShell.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Understanding of API integrations and omniâ??channel communication workflow design.
