• Integrate digital initiatives into strategic planning, ensuring leadership buy-in and resource alignment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate products, services, and customer experiences

Experience & Skills Required:

• 57 years in digital transformation, including designing and launching digital platforms
• Proven leadership in delivering successful digital projects
• Strong understanding of business processes and their technical integrations
• Innovative, forward-thinking approach with a focus on disruption
• Experience managing and mentoring digital teams
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
