IT Support Technician

What You'll Be Doing:

• Set up desktop computers and securely install new business operating systems daily.
• Fix local area networks and safely resolve busy client Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
• Run active antivirus tools to proactively remove digital threats from client networks.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace cloud accounts for local business clients.
• Record all active technical support work accurately in the internal ticketing system.

Experience & Qualifications:

• You strictly need a completed National Diploma in Information Technology.
• You must possess current CompTIA A+ and Network+ technical certifications.
• You need a valid Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification.
• You must show proven daily experience fixing desktop hardware and business software.
• You need a strong proven ability to resolve complex technical issues remotely.
