IT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Build intelligent data solutions using modern analytics and automation tools
• Develop customised features and support enhancements within the internal systems environment
• Create and manage data structures, integrations, and reporting pipelines
• Produce interactive dashboards and insights tailored to operational needs
• Maintain, support, and improve core business platforms and their related modules
• Lead upgrades, audits, and technical improvements for system stability and security
• Manage integrations between internal applications and external platforms
• Automate reporting processes across various units
• Support infrastructure activities including user setup and system maintenance
• Monitor technology performance and ensure strong cybersecurity practices
• Produce clear documentation for system builds and workflows
• Provide training to help teams adopt technology effectively
• Collaborate with multiple departments to guide strategic technology solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues by acting as a senior internal support partner

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Strong capability in modern analytics tools including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Experience developing and customising features within Business Central or similar ERP environments
• Proficiency in data integration concepts including APIs and SQL
• Experience building reporting tools through various templates and design methods
• Understanding of financial processes and reporting principles
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Confidence managing projects and guiding change across the technology landscape
