The Infrastructure Manager provides critical technical expertise to manage and support the organization''s IT infrastructure. This role involves leading the design, analysis, and capacity planning of technology solutions while ensuring they align with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Required Experience & Competencies

• 68+ years in a senior technical role with exposure to broad, cross-domain technologies at scale.
• Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, orchestration, configuration management, and data centre services.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining complex infrastructure spanning multiple data centres.
• Familiarity with SQL/Oracle databases, server architecture (Wintel/Unix), and network design (LAN/WAN/WIFI).
• Understanding of SDLC, Security and Risk Mitigation, and exposure to ITIL or TOGAF.

Key Responsibilities

• Define technology roadmaps and infrastructure direction for hardware, software, virtualization, and networking.
• Own technical solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) to full implementation, ensuring they are scalable and high-performing.
• Apply active governance over design quality and technical standards to ensure compliance with the Enterprise Architecture (EA) roadmap.
• Oversee the resolution of major outages and service level issues in partnership with operational support teams.
• Plan and execute the migration of application workloads to cloud-based solutions.
• Partner with Architects, Service Delivery, and Project teams to translate functional requirements into fit-for-purpose technical designs.
