Infrastructure Lead and DevOps

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from traditional infrastructure to a DevOps-driven operating model
• Establish and embed Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices across all environments
• Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability frameworks
• Drive automation and AI-enabled efficiencies to reduce manual workload
• Maintain system stability, uptime, and compliance throughout the transformation

• Design, automate, and manage cloud and on-premise hosting environments
• Implement and maintain IaC using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Establish comprehensive monitoring across servers, databases, and services
• Analyse operational trends and automate resolutions to recurring issues
• Maintain high availability targets (99.7%+ uptime)

• Collaborate with development teams to support containerisation, CI/CD, and release automation
• Champion developer enablement through improved internal tooling and workflows
• Ensure environment consistency, security, and scalability through shared standards

• Enforce ISO 27001:2022 technical controls and secure configurations
• Align with information security, risk, and disaster recovery practices
• Manage change governance through CAB processes and post-implementation reviews
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance efforts
