Responsible for the companys technological infrastructure and data strategy.

Oversee data governance, develop data strategy, manage technology teams, and ensure that data and technology initiatives align with overall business objectives.

In the short term, youll focus on stabilising delivery and strengthening foundations. Over time, youll build a modern, data-driven ecosystem that enables smarter decisions, sharper insights, and meaningful impact in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a comprehensive Data & Technology strategy aligned to organisational goals.

• Lead, coach, and empower teams across Data, Analytics, Development, and Business Analysis.

• Establish and uphold data governance, coding standards, and delivery best practices.

• Chair the Technology Steering Committee, prioritising initiatives and resource allocation.

• Oversee system stability, ensuring uninterrupted operations and proactive incident management.

• Manage budgets, cloud infrastructure, and vendor relationships efficiently.

• Champion agile delivery methods and continuous process improvement.
