Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement winning sales strategies aligned to business goals.
- Analyse sales performance and pipeline metrics using CRM and BI tools.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with executive and product teams to align sales strategy with broader organisational goals.
Customer & Brand Excellence
- Act as a brand ambassador at events and in client engagements.
- Manage key customer relationships and secure major contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing to convert leads and measure campaign success.
- Lead strategic engagements in complex solution selling environments.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, inspire, and manage a high-performance sales team.
- Champion a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Identify talent needs and support recruitment and onboarding.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing development opportunities to emerging sales leaders.
Reporting & Planning
- Oversee budget planning, pricing strategies, and profitability goals.
- Deliver timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
- Drive sales efficiency and margin optimisation through continuous process improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field (MBA advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of modern sales and marketing methodologies.
Experience
- 20+ years in the ICT sector, with at least 10+ years in ICT sales.
- 5+ years in a senior sales management/director role.
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales teams and deliver strategic results.

- Proficient in BI tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
