Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive and product teams to align sales strategy with broader organisational goals.

Customer & Brand Excellence

  • Act as a brand ambassador at events and in client engagements.
  • Manage key customer relationships and secure major contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert leads and measure campaign success.
  • Lead strategic engagements in complex solution selling environments.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, inspire, and manage a high-performance sales team.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Identify talent needs and support recruitment and onboarding.
  • Provide mentorship and ongoing development opportunities to emerging sales leaders.

Reporting & Planning

  • Oversee budget planning, pricing strategies, and profitability goals.

  • Drive sales efficiency and margin optimisation through continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or related field (MBA advantageous).
  • Strong knowledge of modern sales and marketing methodologies.

Experience

  • 20+ years in the ICT sector, with at least 10+ years in ICT sales.
  • 5+ years in a senior sales management/director role.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales teams and deliver strategic results.

  • Proficient in BI tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
