Key ResponsibilitiesTier 1 Support (Initial triage of the support request)Tier 1 TroubleshootingSystem MaintenanceSystem Updates Technical Requirements (Must-Haves) Min 3 years experienceSQL Knowledge (Microsoft SQL) PostgreSQL is an Advantage. Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and aboveBasic Web Technologies Familiarity with HTML/CSS and an introductory understanding of JavaScript for client-side form logic.Basic understanding of AI and Natural Language PromptsTechnical Troubleshooting skills. The ability to do basic problem-solving.Windows Environment experience. Navigating Windows Server environments and managing basic IIS (Internet Information Services) settings. Windows Server 2016 and aboveWindows Desktop Environment Experience: Navigating Windows Desktop environments and managing basic services and software packages.Basic Networking skills: Familiar with how a network is set up and configured.
