Our client, a leading player in the fintech industry, is seeking a highly skilled Delphi Software Developer to assist their development team on a 6-month contract basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain financial software applications using Delphi/Object Pascal.
• Collaborate with analysts and other developers to define, design, and implement system enhancements.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization of existing applications.
• Integrate applications with databases and third-party APIs for seamless data flow.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with development standards.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

• A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 35 years experience in Delphi development, ideally within a financial or fintech environment.
• Strong experience in database integration (Firebird, SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).
• Experience working on financial systems or ERP applications will be highly advantageous.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Delphi/Object Pascal, RAD Studio, and VCL/FMX frameworks.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and client-server application design.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
