Data Lead

Our client is looking for an experienced Data Lead to take ownership of their data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and IT services. This senior role plays a key part in using data to improve access to affordable healthcare.

Youll work closely with Analytics and Technology teams to build secure, scalable, and reliable data systems, while leading a small technical team.

You will manage Cloud Engineer, Data Engineer, BI Developer and IT Services Staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the organisations data architecture

• Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Oversee data pipelines, integrations, and storage

• Ensure reliable IT services and business support

• Partner with Analytics to ensure data availability and quality

• Define data standards and best practices

• Lead and develop Cloud, Data, BI, and IT staff

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 8+ years experience in data engineering or data infrastructure

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise data systems

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Advantageous

• Healthcare or health-tech experience

• Cloud certifications
