Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and consolidate commercial and operational data from multiple systems into standardised formats for analysis and reporting
  • Ensure data integrity, completeness, and alignment across business divisions
  • Maintain operational and financial datasets and databases
  • Review and validate manually submitted data, identifying anomalies and recommending corrective action
  • Develop and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards to provide visibility into sales, forecasting, utilisation, and efficiency metrics
  • Analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights for commercial decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes
  • Prepare and distribute daily sales reports
  • Manage the creation, consolidation, and distribution of weekly commercial forecasts
  • Own the end-to-end reporting process for standardised head office reporting
  • Lead initiatives to automate manual reporting using tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, VBA, and SQL
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve accuracy and turnaround time
Minimum Requirements
  • B. Com degree
  • Completed articles or CIMA qualification preferred
  • 12 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 12 years experience in Business Intelligence reporting
  • SAP S/4HANA ERP and MRP exposure preferred
  • Advanced Excel essential
  • Knowledge of APIs and system integrations advantageous
  • VBA and SQL advantageous
