Business Analyst/Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in IT related to Business Systems, strong experience in business analysis with exposure to AI technologies, and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts.Duties and responsibilities:

• Facilitate discovery workshops aligned to approved AI Hosting capabilities
• Define functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce POC briefs and structured requirement documentation
• Define measurable success criteria and KPIs
• Perform cost and feasibility analysis
• Maintain stakeholder communication during delivery
• Support prioritisation and go/no-go decisions
