Minimum Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelors degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methods, Agile delivery and requirements documentation.

Preferred Certifications

• ECBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile Business Analysis certification.
• Microsoft AI Fundamentals (AI-900), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft Copilot fundamentals training.
• Exposure to Responsible AI, Data Governance, Product Ownership or Design Thinking training is advantageous.

Experience

Essential

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience.
• Experience delivering digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience developing BRDs, BRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and test scenarios.

Preferred

• Experience in AI, automation, analytics, digital platforms, fintech, telecommunications or banking projects.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, GenAI use cases, Azure AI services or Power Platform.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Visio, Power BI or similar delivery and collaboration tools.
