Automation Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize automated business processes using low-code platforms such as Nintex K2, n8n, or Power Automate.
• Customize automation logic and user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Python.
• Integrate systems and applications via RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Manage and transform data across formats like JSON, XML, and CSV, and use basic SQL for database operations.
• Apply version control (Git) and support CI/CD processes for deployment.
• Analyse and document workflows to identify automation opportunities and improvements.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and refine existing automation solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical workflows.
• Explore and implement AI-driven process enhancements.

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience with low-code automation or related technologies.
• Qualification or background in Computer Science, IT, or Automation.
• Strong understanding of APIs, scripting, and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be able to work on-site in Johannesburg.
