ð??¯ Key Focus of the RoleYou will be responsible for:Providing hands-on technical support and maintenance for ERP and business-critical systemsEnsuring optimal performance of SAP, Evolve, and XperteckSupporting system enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projectsMaintaining high levels of data integrity, service quality, and user satisfactionProactively identifying system improvements and preventing recurring issuesð??§ Core ResponsibilitiesERP System Support & MaintenanceProvide application support to internal users and external stakeholdersTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues efficientlyAssign priority levels to logged calls (Low / Medium / High / Urgent / Critical)Perform root cause analysis on recurring incidentsMaintain and monitor system performance to ensure uptime and reliabilityCarry out scheduled system maintenance tasksSystems Covered (Non-Negotiable Experience Required)SAPEvolveXperteckCandidates must have proven hands-on working experience supporting at least one of these systems, with strong preference given to those experienced in multiple platforms.Continuous Improvement & ProjectsAssist with ERP product enhancements and new developmentsParticipate in pre- and post-implementation supportProvide system expertise during divisional and cross-functional projectsRecommend improvements to business processes and system usageMaintain and enhance the Help Desk knowledge baseData & ReportingMaintain data quality and integrity across systemsWork with databases, reporting tools, and query systemsDocument technical procedures and newly developed functionalityStakeholder & Supplier ManagementProvide clear, professional communication to all stakeholdersManage relationships with approved 1st and 2nd level support suppliersParticipate in weekly problem-analysis meetingsSupport Alert Management processesâ??
