Description
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of employee working hours and leave.
- Support payroll processing and compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Ability to follow WFM/PRP monthly procedures.
- Accurately prepare and submit time and attendance data for payroll.
- Ensure all data is correct and submitted within deadlines across various branches within the division.
- Required to work overtime during the monthly payroll cut off dates.
- Liaise with employees and management to get documents completed and signed.
- Employee Appointment (Onboarding) Administration.
- Employee Transfer (Movement) Administration.
- Employee Termination (Offboarding) Administration.
- Maintain employee records and files.
- Respond to employee queries.
- Handle uniform stock and inventory counts.
- Maintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ensures confidentiality of all employee and company information.
- Adhoc administrator duties.
�Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:��
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant administrative qualification will be advantageous.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within the security industry.
- Practical experience with PRP / WFM within the work environment.
- Knowledge of payroll and HR systems.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong computer and report writing skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
