IT Assistant /IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

- Hadware & Software :lnstall, configure,and updata software on company computers.set up new workstations for staft.

-networking:Assist with basic network troubleshooting (cabling, connectivity issues, Wi-Fi).

- Security & Surveillance : Help maintain and troubleshoot lp cameras and security systems.

-communications : manage Volp phone sytems (handset setup, trobleshooting lines).

-Support : provide day- to-day technical support to staffand solve hardware/software problems asthey arise.

Requirements:

- Background : Previous education or experience in lT (lnfoemation Technology ) is required.

- Technical Skills:

- Understanding of basic networkin concepts (lP addresses, cables,switches).

- Familiarity with lP Camera systems.

- Experience with VolP phone systems.

- Proficiency in installing troubleshooting Windows softeware.

- Soft Skills:

- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

- strong problem - solving (you enjoy figuring out why something isn't working).

- Good communication skills to help colleagues with tech issues.
