What You BringA Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Fresh graduates should have strong academic results from a reputable university.Alternatively, up to 3 years of hands-on software development experience.Experience or strong foundational knowledge in one or more programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Java, or C++.Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.Exposure to modern frameworks or technologies (e.g. ASP.NET, React, Node.js) is advantageous but not essential.A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.??
