Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Security Manager to lead and oversee security operations, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver exceptional client service. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, proactive leader with strong operational insight, excellent communication abilities, and proven people-management skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
• Valid PSIRA Grade A registration
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal record
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Fully computer literate
• 810 years Security Industry experience
• 35 years Management experience
• First Aid, Firefighting, and Health & Safety training (advantageous)
• Ability to conduct searches on male individuals

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all site security operations and personnel
• Maintain high operational, compliance, and performance standards
• Conduct client meetings, inspections, and risk assessments
• Coordinate rostering, timekeeping, and operational reporting
• Enforce company policies and promote safety, discipline, and quality
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
• Attend and lead client meetings as required
