Key Responsibilities:Process optimisation - streamlining sales process to increase efficiency.Sales strategy development - creating and executing sales plans to meet targets.Customer relationship management - maintaining and building relationships.Collaboration - working cross functional departments.Sales forecasting - predicting sales trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.Reporting and analysis - providing sales performance reports and insights.Performance analysis - tracking performance and identifying improvements.Team management - leading, training and guiding teams.Problem solving - resolving operational issues.Financial targets - achieve monthly targets through active monitoring of activity ratios.
