LernaCore helps South African businesses implement Services SETA-accredited learnerships, access funding, and meet their Skills Development and B-BBEE goals. We offer both funded and unfunded learnership solutions.

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and connected sales professional to grow our client base. The ideal candidate understands corporate training, SETA processes, or B-BBEE compliance, and can engage business owners, HR managers, and training decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard companies interested in SETA-accredited learnerships

• Present LernaCore’s service offerings and partnership options

• Assist in completing client sign-up and documentation

• Meet monthly targets for client acquisition

Requirements:

• Sales experience (preferably in training, education, or HR solutions)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and close deals

• Existing network in HR, corporate, or SME sectors (advantageous)

Compensation:

• Commission: 15% up to 20% per signed deal (based on project value)

• Performance bonuses for consistent targets
