We’re seeking a motivated and connected sales professional to grow our client base. The ideal candidate understands corporate training, SETA processes, or B-BBEE compliance, and can engage business owners, HR managers, and training decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:
Source and onboard companies interested in SETA-accredited learnerships
Present LernaCore’s service offerings and partnership options
Assist in completing client sign-up and documentation
Meet monthly targets for client acquisition
Requirements:
Sales experience (preferably in training, education, or HR solutions)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and close deals
Existing network in HR, corporate, or SME sectors (advantageous)
Compensation:
Commission: 15% up to 20% per signed deal (based on project value)
Performance bonuses for consistent targets
