Minimum requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 or relevant NQF 4 qualification
- Marketing qualification will be an advantage
- 2-4 years experience in a relevant rental sales and marketing position
- Experience with MS Office and designing software
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
- Advertising on Social Media Whatsapp, Google, Instagram, Website
- Working in conjunction with the companys Marketing Business to do advertising
- Viewing office space with current and potential tenants (upsizing/downsizing)
- Administer the Lease Agreements, Lease addendums
- Negotiate Lease Agreement terms &rate negotiations
- Administration of tenants exiting the Office Park
- Upkeep of Vacancy Schedule
- Upkeep of Occupancy Schedule
- Building floor plans and videos
- Upkeep of the Key system and parking book
- Upkeep of the month rent roll
- Liaise with external Sales Agents
