Internal Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Provide product information and solutions tailored to customer needs
• Process orders and ensure accurate data capture
• Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date records on CRM or internal systems
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and team objectives

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• 25 years experience in internal sales / sales support role
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with CRM systems (advantageous)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
