Desired Experience & QualificationThe ideal candidate will have a background in trades such as Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or a similar field, and is looking to transition from a machining/shop environment into salesTrade background (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or similar).Basic PC skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.Willingness to travel regularly.Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop leads through proactive, â??hunterâ? sales approach.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Identify client needs and provide technical solutions.Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Travel to client sites as required.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Package & RemunerationR25 000 - R30 000 per month + Company phone, Fuel card & Car allowanceAdditionally, commissions will be between 1% & 1.5% of total sales made
