The Role: Sales Executive Trade Marketing & Digital Outdoor Media
This role focuses on growing revenue across non-traditional digital platforms such as Africa Padel and Shell Forecourt networks. You will play a key role in driving digital OOH advertising sales, building strategic partnerships, and translating brand and trade marketing objectives into effective campaigns. The position suits a commercially minded, well-connected sales professional with strong agency and retail marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through direct and agency sales across digital and non-traditional media platforms

  • Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, retailers, and brand clients

  • Identify new business opportunities across trade marketing and lifestyle venues

  • Translate client briefs into tailored media proposals and strategic campaigns

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact digital OOH solutions

  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital media trends and audience analytics

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and post-campaign reports

About You

  • 46 years experience in media sales, trade marketing, or digital advertising

  • Proven track record in securing and growing advertising revenue

  • Strong media agency and retail marketing relationships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Commercially minded with a passion for digital and non-traditional media

  • Self-driven, persuasive, and confident working in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
