A growing organisation is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to optimise sales performance, streamline processes, and support multiple sales teams. This role suits someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in B2B sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate Account Management, Sales, Bid, and Qualification teams
- Implement and maintain sales processes, CRM workflows, and reporting
- Improve pipeline accuracy, data quality, and sales forecasting
- Coach team members on lead management and sales execution
- Drive adoption of CRM tools, automation, and performance dashboards
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth end-to-end sales workflows
Requirements
- 57 years in sales enablement or sales operations (B2B)
- 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong CRM experience and data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to improve sales productivity and processes
- Relevant degree advantageous
