Key Responsibilities:Campaign Development: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media and traditional media, conferences and client facing opportunities to meet campaign objectives.Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for major client prospects, understanding their needs, managing relationship, and ensuring successful campaign execution.Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive ideas to inform of and report on marketing strategies.Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including graphic design, and multimedia assets that align with brand messaging.Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Collaboration: Work closely with organizational teams, including sales, operations, IT, to ensure successful marketing efforts and alignment with business goals.Required Qualifications and skills:A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is often preferred.Previous experience in marketing, preferably within an agency setting, is highly valued.Familiar with digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and content creation.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.A creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Reside in or around Kempton Park or surrounding areas.
