Key Responsibilities
Build and manage executive-level relationships with national fleet operators
Lead national sales negotiations and long-term fleet supply agreements
Develop and execute growth strategies per key account (penetration, retention, TCO solutions)
Drive incremental fleet sales alongside dealer retail activity
Collaborate with dealers and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment, smooth handovers, and clear ownership
Monitor customer segmentation and ensure correct account governance
Track sales performance, pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity
Requirements
Bachelors Degree (Sales / Business or similar)
5 to 7 years B2B sales or Key Account Management experience (commercial vehicles / logistics preferred)
Strong experience negotiating large, complex deals at senior/executive level
Solid understanding of dealer-based sales networks
Valid Code 8 drivers licence
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
