Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with national fleet operators

  • Lead national sales negotiations and long-term fleet supply agreements

  • Develop and execute growth strategies per key account (penetration, retention, TCO solutions)

  • Drive incremental fleet sales alongside dealer retail activity

  • Collaborate with dealers and Regional Sales Managers to ensure alignment, smooth handovers, and clear ownership

  • Monitor customer segmentation and ensure correct account governance

  • Track sales performance, pipeline, market trends, and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (Sales / Business or similar)

  • 5 to 7 years B2B sales or Key Account Management experience (commercial vehicles / logistics preferred)

  • Strong experience negotiating large, complex deals at senior/executive level

  • Solid understanding of dealer-based sales networks

  • Valid Code 8 drivers licence

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
