- Ensure campaigns promote South Africas competitiveness in sectors such as tourism, trade, and investment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing investments.
- Translate insights into data-driven marketing decisions.
- Build partnerships with media, brand marketing agencies, and international platforms.
- Align marketing messaging across government and private sector initiatives.
- Internal collaboration and alignment cross functional teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
- Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with organisational values.
- Performance of direct report.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure return on investment Track performance using KPIs and marketing analytics.
- Report on marketing impact to executive leadership and board structures.
- Comply with National Treasury/PFMA/King vi good governance.
