A global leader in rock processing is searching for a Business Line Manager to drive the growth, strategy, and performance of their Mobile Crushing & Screening division across Africa. This senior leadership role is perfect for a commercially sharp professional who understands the mining / construction environment and knows how to build strong dealer, distributor, and customer relationships.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 5 years experience in a senior commercial, sales, or business development role
- Strong exposure to the mining or construction industry
- Proven ability to manage dealer/distributor networks and high-value customer accounts
- Strong financial acumen and ability to build profitable deals
- Valid passport and drivers licence; 50%+ African travel required
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Drive the divisions Africa growth strategy, covering equipment and full aftermarket lifecycle
- Build strategic commercial plans aligned to global and regional objectives
- Manage and grow distributor and customer relationships across key territories
- Forecast revenue, track performance, and implement corrective measures where needed
- Champion aftermarket growth: inventory optimisation, capture rate improvement, and lead-time reduction
- Support product development, training initiatives, and service capability building
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure profitability delivery
- Promote digital tools, CRM accuracy, and sales pipeline discipline
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified customer experience
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to elevate customer value and operational efficiency
- Actively drive team engagement, performance management, and leadership development
